All of Smithview Management's Patio Homes are custom designed, constructed, and maintained to the highest standard. Our mission is to provide high quality, spacious homes designed for easy living. With this in mind, particular care was taken to ensure exceptional quality in the following areas:

Insulation

During the construction phase, the highest grade of structural insulation along with special inspections were used to fill any possible overlooked un-insulated areas (one of the most common causes of heating and cooling loss). This extra attention to detail during the construction phase yields a virtually draft-less living experience. A healthy layer of loose fill insulation was placed above ceiling areas.

Doors & Windows

Since windows and doors are some of the top heating and cooling loss culprits, our homes feature double hung MW Windows with ¾” Energy Efficient Insulated Glass. These windows are vinyl and tilt in for easy cleaning.

Environmental Systems

Patio Home heating and cooling is maintained by an energy efficient heat pump & central air system. Heat Pump's are designed to provide a low moisture, comfortable environment efficiently. These attributes, along with location in a relatively low cost energy district; many residents are initially surprised with how economical their home is to operate.
